The EBID Young Professionals Programme 2026 is an early-career opportunity designed to attract talented young professionals from West Africa to build their careers within the ECOWAS Bank for Investment and Development.
EBID is the development finance institution of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) , supporting development and investment across the region.
Eligibility Requirements
According to the programme announcement, applicants must:
Be a national of a West African country .
Hold a Master’s degree or equivalent qualification .
Be under 30 years of age .
The opportunity is open to eligible graduates from West Africa and the diaspora .
Programme Benefits
